By submitting this form, I and/or my heirs and/or assignees hereby release Barrel Racing Association of Texas (BRAT), its directors, representatives, employees, sponsors, show promoters, agents of same and anyone else from any claim or right for damages which may occur to me, my child, my horse or any other property while attending any Barrel Racing Association of Texas approved show. I realize there are certain risks in any sport I take full responsibility for myself, my child, and my property including my horse, should an incident occur. I also understand that under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
