Under Texas Law (chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies code) an equine professional is not liable for any injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from inherent risk of equine activities and I hereby release ARROW CS Productions, THE Expo at Glen Rose and any & all affiliates, agents and employees from any claim/liability of loss to myself, employees, horses and/or equipment.
